Privacy Policy

We collect:

• Account information — your email address and authentication details, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
• Content you upload — resumes, job descriptions, and related text you submit for analysis.
• Usage and analysis data — the scores, ATS checks, matches, and other results generated for you, plus basic usage metrics.
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor, Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service: authenticating you, storing and processing your resumes, generating AI analysis, managing your subscription and review limits, providing support, and keeping the Service secure. We do not sell your personal information.

To generate analysis, the text of your resumes and job descriptions is sent to our third-party AI provider (Anthropic, the maker of Claude). This processing happens only to produce your results. We encourage you to avoid including sensitive personal data (such as government identifiers) in the documents you upload.

We share data with the vendors that power the Service, only as needed to operate it:

• Supabase — database and authentication.
• Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploaded resume files.
• Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis.
• Razorpay — payment processing.
• Sentry — error monitoring.

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a resume or your account, the associated content is removed from our active systems; residual copies in backups are deleted on our regular backup-rotation schedule.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and time-limited links for file access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to address issues promptly.

You can access and update your account information, delete your resumes, and request deletion of your account. To exercise any data right, email us at support@clinchcv.com.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product. We do not use this data to sell your information.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
