Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the ClinchCV Pro subscription. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.

1. Free plan

The free plan requires no payment. You can use your included lifetime resume reviews at no cost, and there is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan.

2. Pro subscription billing

ClinchCV Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Razorpay at the price shown on the pricing page. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

3. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and you continue to have Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. We do not delete your existing resumes or analyses when you downgrade.

4. Refunds

Because Pro unlocks immediate, on-demand access to AI features, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. However, we want you to be satisfied — we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, in particular where:

  • you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period; or
  • a technical fault on our side prevented you from using Pro features and we were unable to resolve it.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@clinchcv.com from the email address associated with your account, with your payment reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, and the time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
