Refund & Cancellation Policy

The free plan requires no payment. You can use your included lifetime resume reviews at no cost, and there is nothing to cancel or refund on the free plan.

ClinchCV Pro is a recurring subscription sold and billed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, at the price shown on the pricing page. The final price, including any applicable VAT, GST, sales tax, or similar tax, is shown in Paddle Checkout before payment. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your ClinchCV account, from the Paddle buyer portal, or using the “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and you normally continue to have Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free plan. We do not delete your existing resumes or analyses when you downgrade.

Purchases are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy. Except where required by applicable law or those policies, subscription charges are generally non-refundable after the service has been supplied. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you have. We will help investigate a refund request, particularly where:

• you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same period; or
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using Pro features and we were unable to resolve it.

Email support@clinchcv.com from the email address associated with your account, with your payment reference and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You can also request a transaction refund directly from Paddle through paddle.net. Paddle determines eligibility and processes approved refunds to the original payment method where possible. The time needed for a refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
